Well- today was interesting - got up at 8 (! Sunday remember) and spent the day delivering Slimming world leaflets for Joanne around the lesser known villages of Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

Finished at 4:30 - have never been so glad to get home and have a nice cup of tea - God - I'm getting old!

Sister = OK!

Apparently - Sisters Op went fine - shes back home now getting waited on hand and foot. They removed a stone the size of a small African country, and took some photos while they were there - I hope to have these up soon - for when you have tea!
